Whip 20 ml whipping cream, 30 ml water, 10 g cocoa, and 5 ml simple syrup into a chocolate foam. Add 130 g ice to the glass with 15 ml strawberry syrup and 60 ml water, spoon the foam over the top, dust with cocoa, and garnish with a strawberry.
